Step 1

During the returns process, your customer selects a nearby PUDOpoint returns location. They never have to leave your branded site.

Step 2

Your customer drops off their return at a nearby PUDOpoint, which is usually located in an independent local store. Your customer gets confirmation that the returns process is underway.

Step 3

The courier picks up all the parcels at the PUDOpoint. You save with consolidated shipping rates.

Step 4

You are kept informed at each step of the returns process. We follow your business rules and let you know when packages have arrived in our warehouse for sorting. You can issue refunds on your own terms and we can handle any of the additional steps in your returns process.

Returns/Shopper Drop-Off: Retailers and couriers use PUDOpoints to receive packages from shoppers. PUDO then collects these shipments for consolidation and returns them in bulk to the retailer. National and global e-commerce brands partner with us to save money and make returns easy for shoppers.

Shopper Pick-Up: PUDO’s legacy business that allows shoppers and couriers to use PUDOpoints as a location for parcel pickup. This includes shoppers using the PUDOpoints as secure shipping locations and couriers using them for Failed First Attempt deliveries.

3PL: PUDO performs traditional logistics function.
